Hotel Antigo Trovatore Venice

Location of the hotel is perfect, very close both to the vaporetto stops, and to the San Marco square and the main attractions. Plenty of cafes and pubs and trattorias around. I would definitely recommend the rooms with terrace, while the room itself is very small, but clean. Reasonable place to stay in Venice.

The hotel is perfectly located, right next to the famous square where the procession starts and with easy access to transportation. Additionally, it is conveniently close to many restaurants and cafes. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. One guest even received a birthday card and a bottle of prosecco. The hotel also has a terrace, which is a great place to relax and enjoy the view.

The breakfast is not included in the room rate and comes at an additional charge of 9.50 p. p.

We loved the hotel's fantastic location, just a few blocks from the main attractions and close to the water bus stops, making transportation around the city a breeze. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about water taxi times. The hotel's cleanliness was also impressive, making for a comfortable stay.

Perfect Location: the hotel is situated just a stone's throw away from the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the major attractions. We were able to easily walk to the main square and waterfront, avoiding any hassle with public transportation.

Limited Amenities: Although the hotel provided tea and coffee making facilities, it would have been nice to have some milk available. the provision of toilet paper was a bit stingy, requiring us to request extra rolls.

The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day off right.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms could be an issue for light sleepers.

This hotel is close to everything, including a second ferry to a closer stop and the cruise terminal. Additionally, the rooms offer a very nice view of San Marco tower and provide comfort with the bed and toilet. The hotel also includes breakfast in the rate, allowing guests to start their day off right with a little breakfast or a good Spritz.

All was fine, no improvements needed here.

Great location just behind the main square, and not far from Rialto. the hotel was modern inside, with a clean and spacious room. the highlight was definitely the terrace, which gets sun all day, perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking.

Breakfast was not included in the cost, and had to be paid for separately. the pillows were a bit thin, and in the heat, the decorative covers and throw on the bed seemed unnecessary.

We had a wonderful stay at Antigo Trovatore. The spacious and light room was perfect and the location was great. Despite a minor issue with the showerhead, everything else exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the center of Venice, close to St Mark's Square and major sights. The staff was friendly and the service was good. The basic amenities were provided, and I enjoyed the room with a terrace and amazing view of the San Marco tower. The breakfast included in my rate was a nice added bonus.

Adorable staff, central location, quiet street, nice nearby bar, proximity to Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco, perfect for a city trip.
